I have created a stealth account I have had it for a couple days. I got an email a few minutes ago saying that ebay linked my account with one of my family members accounts.

How can I fix it? that account is not allowed to sell. so I made my stealth account not able to sell.
do I just move on with a new account or do I fight it?

Also I had money in paypal from a sale I have to wait 21 days for the money is there a way to get around the 21 day hold or no? Thank you

If eB has linked you, you dont really have much chance of fighting it off...simple way is to make new account and go stealth. The pp can be used for OTHER purposes but not eBay...there is no way around the 21 day hold besides shipping with tracking, waiting for feedback, and reach a certain number of sales.

Ok, Sounds good. I thought the account was stealth I kept everything separate I even used an address and ip from a city not associated with any account I have used or my family.

I think what happened is I went to a relatives house and thought I had changed my ip and maybe I didn't.

Just go on and create another account. Not much you can do since they have already been linked.

Since it is a new account, pretty much no way to get around. Just make sure you ship out the merchandise sold with confirmation. Once received the hold will usually come off within 3-5 days after received, barring no claims from buyer.

Make sure to avoid relative and friend info from here on - it's annoying I know

Just have to create a new stealth and move on. Live and learn from it. Have to be very very careful when ever going on EB.

No way to get around the 21 days holds. Anyone can be given them at any time. Just a fact of eBay life.
