MC012 Ebay suspended, paypal active
 

HI, my account was recently suspended, I was in US using this ebay for over 5 yrs, and moved over to Singapore.
changed the address, but I mostly shop and list my items to sell on ebay.
The shipping address I use is a comgateway, forwarder acct, which is a US address. This company forwards my parcels to me in singapore.

My identity card is a singapore ID, which shows a singapore address.

Ebay account is a US address. I have faxed all documents proving the link, but ebay just BS me , telling me my fax is not legible. what should I do?
I dont want to start new, my account has great ratings

if your document are real , just call it for what happen , good luck~

Welcome to the forums - all you can do to try and save this account is call them up and refax the documents clearly - should be fine. Don't panic until they say NO for sure (hope they say yes for you).

Learn to make stealth backups regardless.
