My ebay account suspended without reason
I created a new account in ebay india. I created the new account from cyber cafe. After creating, i did verify my account using credit card. After a day or so, i listed a item for sale. Within few hours i received an email from ebay stating that my listing was removed becoz my account was suspended. they told they will send an email why they suspened my account. but still now they havent sent me any suspension reason email. I called ebay india they told that they are not sure why they sent an email like that. I am still able to login to my account and my account is still active and it doesnt say "not a registered user". They asked me to write to trust and safety dept.
One thing i dont understand is that my listing is removed but my account is active, but still the email from ebay states that my listing is removed and ur account is suspended. Please somebody guide me with this. |
