New Ebay Account after Suspension

OK, so my ebay account was suspended and paypal limited awhile back, but now I am ready to start a new account.

1) I changed my IP address like 5 times before I created the new account to be safe.
2) I downloaded FireFox and set it so it deletes my cookies everyday.
3) I created a new ebay account with all new unused info and bought a few items to get my feedback score up.
4) I created a Paypal account with a new Wamu Savings account and got verified.
5) I think I am ready to start selling????

Question 1:

Only question I have is my paypal and ebay account have different registered names and addresses, but the same email address. Is this a problem or should I go into my profile and change the info so that they match?

Question 2:

Since I had to open my Wamu Account with my real information, will paypal track this?

Is there anything else I need to do?

You have to use your real information for your Wamu account. That will be fine, PP doesn't check your name/address on your Wamu account. But I am not sure on your first question. Sorry

OK thank you. On Question 1 I may just change it to make sure there's no problem, but I was pretty sure only the email addresses had to match.

If you change information it sometimes brings up a flag on your account.

it does not work for uk as you need state id or american driving licesnce to register.
