Just got Suspended
 

Ok my first Gaffe

I had a MC999 that I called in for using my GV app. I went through a few of these and no problems.

This time they asked if my number was reachable and I said yes they then said they would need to call the number to verify and I said sure.

Problem was I forgot to designate my cell phone number as the forwarding number on the GV account so naturally they called a few times with no answer then bam got hit with a suspension....Is it worth calling tomorrow to sort this out or should I just move on?

Call now and tell them something like you didnt realize your phone was on vibrate or there was an emergency and you had to run out or something and call until you get a rep willing to call back to verify, but don't wait.

I cant get GV to take my number as a forwarding number for some reason now.

I do have Text Plus, should I just create a number there and give them that to call?

Call from a safe number.

Act distressed ( which you are).

Explain you were trying to deal with the matter and ......... happened.

Beg for help.

Have Text Plus ready to give to whoever you speak with AND get their name.

Similar thing happened to me. I missed the call and got suspended.

I had to call back twice until i found a nice rep who fixed the issue.

Dont give up. They can fix it in one click if you convince them.

Good point - if you get an agent other than a nice one, try calling back as well

Are they trying to call you on the number you are already right there at that moment? OR do they call you some other time when you are not expecting a call?

Perhaps avoid this by making sure anytime you call in to ebay per request your gvoice number is already set to forward to your phone?
