Can't list no idea why?!
 

I have been reading the forums a lot BUT I'm not sure what my account issue is...
I'm a Power seller, have only been selling for 4 months, my limit is 16,000 a month (got this in email maybe 10 days ago)

I'm probably at 26k total sales for the last 3-4 months, so I have not been going over. I have a medium store (idk why I did this? Didn't research :s)

A few days ago I received an email that I am not allowed to list and to give customer service a call.... I have NOT done this.. last time I called about negative feedback (that was removed) I was on the phone for 3 1/2 hours. Honestly, I haven't had the time and I have been rethinking my store strategy (as well as loving this stealth idea!) It's kind of like calling a collections agency..

Funny thing is my listed items are selling.. so I am actually shipping on a daily basis. Nothing from Paypal regarding restrictions etc.

I'm wondering - could it be that my total (all BIN) listings equal more than $16000?

But how would that work since this would fluctuate on a DAILY basis, plus those are hypothetical sales?

Issues I have had recently making me want to consider stealth.. mainly shipping. Have had a few items get stuck in sorting and people going crazy over their $8 item - cursing, getting nasty, extortion etc. I figure even if it is the BUYERS fault they will blame me anyway, based on my convos with ebays superior customer service team,

Any thoughts on what this should be? I know I should call.. I guess my life is already a mess and I don't want to deal with another issue or be on the phone forever!

if you don't call they going to pull all your listings down. So enjoy these last few days racking in sales

Call and hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

Have all of your ducks in a row as ebay prepares to shoot at each and everyone of them.

I am assuming it is your real account? They might wish to request more info for tax purposes, where your items are coming from, etc, thus initiating the 'soft' limit on your account.

Be prepared to treat the CS rep just like a buyer...kiss bum and suck up until you get what you want. :p

You will eventually have to call if you want to get over this restriction - know your account inside out, be professional, have proof on the side ready to go in case for ID verification and such.

Best of luck - start building stealth accounts regardless

You will need to call, I usually have a print out of all of the information on the account info, name, address, phone number.. so you can answer questions naturally.
