Ebay suspension problem?
 

Hi,

first,
MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item
then,
MC067 NOTICE: eBay Listing(s) Removed
finally,
MC008 eBay Indefinite Selling Restriction


I tried to relist one of the item to see what will happened. it just said "eBay has restricted your ability to list new items for approximately 30 days as a result of a policy violation" which is confused. is this means i still probably list after 30 days or it will be indefinite they didnt even bother to say. thx

A trademark violation and you want to RELIST after 30 day suspension?!? You are literally BEGGING to get your account killed OP!

You CANNOT relist until you get written permission to do so...if you want, e-mail eB and ask what can be done to AVOID this violation but do NOT relist until you are in the clear.

You also have an Indefinite Selling Restriction...it is quite possible that even after 30 days, your selling rights will not be reinstated.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Your account is in a mess.

Never relist a suspended item until everything is sorted with eBay and the IP rights holder

You may never sell on it again if eBay decides to enforce the MC008

Yea the mc008 is the indefinite selling restriction and usually means the account is finished

Why on earth would you work this hard to get an account and then do this to it?

Its a learning lesson. I will admit long time ago with no knowledge it was all a bit confusing. I was not even exactly sure why my item got removed and what the codes meant. This was 5 or more years ago. Yes I did relist the item after making changes such as pics and made my own description. I thought I did ok. Bamm! another violation. Never listed item again.

Happens but good that learned and moved on - I also thought that these codes could be beat way back in the day on the same account...they can be beat but should not be risking on an account in violation.
