Selling allowances

Hey guys, I have an account registered on eBay UK with a selling allowance of some hundreds. However, while using the same account on the US site, my limits are still 10 items.

Since I'm gonna start selling on US with this account, what should I do?

How old is the account?

Sounds like you have still got international sales limits.

Quite normal OP - not much to do - sell to your limits, ship well, get good positive feedback, and let the account mature - as time goes on, you will get higher limits.

Or do not sell on US website.

Or make more accounts.

Quite a few options for you.

Usual for the USA.

Sell to your limits numbers and value wise. Allow the account to grow naturally.

Or do not sell on an international platform.

Be careful too of keeping everything OK on the ebay.com site. Do not get into any trouble.

Good Luck

Stress this comment - any mistakes will end your account

Agreed.

Listing on multi platforms means be very careful to avoid danger.

Re: Selling allowances

Thanks for your help guys.

The account is 4 years old, that is why I'm asking, I think it's old enough to have some higher limits, since on the UK site it has a limit of almost one thousand monthly items.

I've been very careful with this one, everything is in order, but doesn't seem to be getting higher limits on ebay.com, even selling there to the limit.

I have contacted ebay on my main account (UK as well) and they told me that I need to be registered on the US in order to have my limits increased there, but honestly I don't think this is true, because I've seen lots of sellers with high limits in several countries.

4 years old...but selling for ALL that time? Makes a huge difference if only NEW to selling.

Well, you contacted eBay - good luck - keep us posted with your success
