Help! eBay restricted for 7 days.

Ok here is the thing I have had a account for over a year and a half(powerseller btw) and never any problems. I had a customer that I sell Fulltilt poker chips to tell me about how much money he's made off of jerseys and asked if I'd be intrested. Anyways I got auctions closed for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗(unaware of this at the time) I then stopped. Then I started selling some Lacoste polos that I got from an overseas supplier and ebay ended all those after about 3 days saying they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ aswell and they will not disclose that info. I think I am now thier target and am woundering when the account gets reinstated if I open a new account using the meathods in the forum if I sell the items again if they will close the account by linking me with my paypal?

You can NEVER use PayPal on more than one account without being linked. Its just that simple.

New account means...new PayPal account to go with it.

Quick question - if you create a new email account, and add that email account to your current Paypal account, and accept Paypal on the new eBay account with the new email address, will eBay still link both eBay accounts together?

TGMT² 08-12-2008 02:28 PM

That used to work...but not anymore. Everything has to be New and unlinked.

bork_bork 08-12-2008 02:31 PM

But will it link to the other itmes I sell? I mean as long as my account is in good standing? If I sell the polos at a much lesser rate 10-40 a month under the new ebay account will they suspend both accounts? I mean there are tons of people selling the same things with tons of happy customers. i think eBay is just watching everything I list and if there is any question about it at all they are ending the auction. Should I just open a new account and move on? Can I open a new account to sell and will my current account be ok even if my new one gets closed?

TGMT² 08-12-2008 02:37 PM

If one account gets suspended and if they can link any of your other accounts via PayPal, IP address, cookies etc. then expect to have all your Ebay accounts suspended.

Actually I have about $500 in ebay fees on a credit card that isn't even valid right now. I always have paid the fees with paypal. If I let that go will it mess up my paypal? I need to keep my paypal to buy from suppliers.

TGMT² 08-12-2008 03:11 PM

I'm pretty sure you will be fine with keeping your PayPal account...but maybe other forum members can give you a definitive answer.

If your talking about NFL/NBA/NHL jerseys made by reebok, its just a matter of time before they bounce you, trust me, I know. Unless your an employee of EB/PP, then you can sell them, I have done some extensive searching on these and the sellers. I had spotted 25 sellers listing them, in a matter of 3 months, all NARUed......

HI:
Everything needs to be NEW--
Follow Aspkind guide, Stealth Ebook-
It will get you back on and stay on,
As for your Jerseys--if theyre a Vero item, you need to spread them out over several ebay accts, to go un noticed..

Currently in the USA football jerseys are a quick invite to suspension.

bbcoach 08-13-2008 12:00 AM

Unless you work at EB/PP, then you can sell them.

Check the history, you may be able to sell them for a month, maybe even 2, but then you will be suspended. Check some sellers who are selling them and then check back on them in 30-60 days, all the same NARU.

bork_bork 08-13-2008 04:30 PM

I'm not asking about selling them again. I just need to know If do sell thema gain with a new account will they follow it back to my current account?

bbcoach 08-13-2008 09:21 PM

Listen, you got bagged once, why push it and continue to get shut down. Sell something else, they can close down your acutions at any time for selling them. Dont you see how there are almost no sellers from China wholesaling them anymore on EB? Last nov/dec, there was probably any where from 25000 to 50000 listings for NFL jerseys, not there maybe 5000-7000 at any time. Doesnt that tell you something?
