 Suspension help
I got this email and would appreciate some advice on what i can do to get my account back.Dear kalbusb (cty59900@centurytel.net),

The first 3 items were lost by the mail in Atlanta and i sent the lady a new set of the books. We did a mutual withdrawn for all the negatives. Do i need her to change the feedback to positive?
The 4th is a book also and he is not responding to emails
HELP...i really like buying more than selling!
