New vcc or PayPal transfer?
First off this forum is great! Super helpful.
I've been reading up the past couple weeks since my recent suspension and have strated a stealth account with new everything. Started listing this past week.
My problem is I want to buy a bunch of items to build my feedback up(slowly of course), but I only bought the $20 vcc. Which is non reloadable. What are my options?
Should I transfer some funds from a friends PayPal as a gift?
Buy another vcc(re loadable one) and add it to PayPal?
I know transferring into PayPal from my linked bank account could raise flags.
