suspended, can i get back without new acct?
 

I was suspended about a year ago becuase I didnt pay for 3 items in span of a month. Total, I have 4 unpaid strikes. The 3 happened because I had an emergency situation and couldnt pay for the items. I have sent 10+ emails, detailing everything to Ebay. they ask me to contact the sellers, I did, but 3 dont respond and the one that did, responded with a harsh email.

So basically the only way to get my account back is to have the sellers lift the complaints. and I cant get them too. I explain to ebay and ebay mostly sends generic msgs telling me the same things.

So my question is. Since I have come to a dead end, can I just switch the story and say somebody had hacked into my account. lol do they keep track of the old msgs? or any ideas what I can do. Its so unfair to be banned for life, for a month of hardship. :(

I'm not sure about that, you probably won't get your account back either way. You might as well create a new account with the guide.
