Account limit goes from 10 to 5
 

I just bought 2 accounts. when I logged in my selling limit was 10 but I signed in after 4 weeks and now my selling limit is down to 5 per month. this happened for both accounts I bought. I use seperate windows user and I use an att mifi hotspot. Can someone let me know how come this happened?

Did u change all ur info on the accounts right away or is that something done by the seller, I never purchased an account but know they do this when activity on the account changes causing u to be a risk

Have you followed all the stealth rules? Changing IP address, separate user accounts ect

yeahh of course, I've been running stealth accounts for a year.
I didn't change anything about the ebay account not even password.
I don't understand why that would happen for no reason.

@moeweezy, are you selling what could be considered high risk or vero or f*ke items? Did you sell right away without building browsing or bidding history with cookies in place?

I didn't even list anything on both accounts, and I never start out with vero items. the limit just went down out of no where.

That's done by the sellers vetting department. I was told by an ebay rep that when limit goes down automatically it's usually by that department.

Did the VCC attached happen to expire?

I have a few accounts that if I let sit if no activity the limits drop. Once I add the verified paypal, it goes up to 10 again.

I have had that happen before. It's because there "wasn't activity" and when their system bot went through it detected that and lowered the limits -- at least thats what the rep informed me of.
