Just received my first suspension

I have been selling for 12 years have 3600+ positive feedback and was suspended indefinitely this week for low DSR and to many resolution center issues, 4 total!!!!

I had a woman helping me list a few monts back and she did a poor job and I received many complaints and cases filed in the resolution center. I terminated her and was on track to being back to my usual high standards. Unfortunately a couple buyers were unhappy and filed cases against me.
I did not return their funds myself, but let Ebay do it them selves. I did not know this was a negative as now I have cases that ended without seller resolutions. Here is my question, I was in the process of teaching my sister in law to sell for me on her account, just to keep it separate to compensate her.

I would still like to go ahead with it but nervous as I have checked my account from her computer. I know ebay has sophisticated tracking so I was looking for some input on what to do. Any help would be appreciated as my financial world is about to crumble!

Best help right away is to read the stealth guide, build backup accounts, and rotate sales to build the accounts.

Same thing happen to me , hy guys i did exacly like they said and ebay traced me some how can somebody help me i changed my ip address and all that was in order it took me 3 days, not a computer guy, i was on for a day and they linked me, i used google voice to verify also , i have verizon i had to call to get it changed, , when you have your ip address home computer changed does it change your ip address on your phone i have a droid verizon phone please help

Best method I have found Is to have separate User accounts per stealth, portable Firefox installed on each user account document folder, IP Log in excel format. This has worked for me very well and zero links to my other accounts.

I have a lady helping me but she only does the cleaning of items, organizing, pictures etc.

I wont let someone list my items as no one does it like I would want it to be done.

Did you not check her work?

I was checking her work, but we were selling items like vintage perfume saying 3/4 full and buyer would say its 5/8ths full. Of course ebay would side with them. My bigest issue was not going into the resolution center and doing the refund myself. I would let eBay close it out and refund the money. This becomes a Non seller resolution whih I now know is bad. I just figured the buyer would get his money back either way so whats the difference.
