Interesting Questions While Going Stealth.
 

I've been on stealth account since 2 months now.
All in all , its going pretty good.
I have had 7 stealth accounts (ebay) out of which 6 are still up and running.
All with limits 25 items /1250 $.

Out of 7 paypal , 3 are down !

I made all eB and PP combo , theres no mismatch in the infos.

Now coming to the point ,
I have been using VPN's , different VPNS ( which I dont want to mention).

Now for Example I used VPN1
IP1 => I made eb1 + pp1 combo !
IP2 => I made eb2 + pp2 combo !

As the matter of fact , the VPNS I'm using are public , I mean the same IP address can be used by some random other user.

Now what happens , if some user (random) , gets the IP which was assigned to me previously gets his ebay and paypal banned !
Will ebay and PP blacklist this IP ?
If yes , then will my ebay and paypal also get linked ?

just do a broad search on the forum for VPN. ignore your specific question for now. you should find some unpleasing results, but hey, at least you'll know.

VPN's are FAR from ideal and can cause accounts to be lost. ESPECIALLY the public VPN's where you share the same IP address with other users.

eBay/PayPal/Amazon know the IP addresses of many VPN providers. If they detect that you are on a VPN, it is normally an instant ban - they figure that you have something to hide.

Sometimes a PRIVATE VPN, where only YOU have access to the IP address, can work, but you REALLY have to have the right provider AND know what you are doing.

I think you must have suspected this already, given your post.

Yes , I've suspected it but not sure , so have put up this post to clarify it.
btw , can you suggest me some private vpn ? vps ?

I can't, because I don't use them. Hopefully, another user can answer that.

I would say, however, to stay away from the cheap $5 per month VPS services. They are overused and tend to go out of business, or change data centers frequently.
