Have to change the name if name was suspended. From my understand, the address should be changed also...slightly altered is ok. One of my new eb & pp accounts (info. on both match) has my real address but slightly altered...ex: 123 Park Avenue West - real in this example would now be 123 West Park Street assuming there is no Park Street where you reside.
TotallyDisgusted has the right idea. But you can not reuse the same address for multiple accounts, this is one of many ways your accounts can become linked. Also read the forum a little more or check out eBay Stealth, all this information is in there.
Perhaps someday I will have the problem of running out of UPS stores in my metro area lol I would imagine they can't block new accounts at same address indefinitely because for every suspended user than moves, another ebayer moves to that same address- same with phone numbers.
Can you use the same address of a suspended ebay account
