Reading the Stealth Guide on iPhone

Is there an app capable of reading the stealth guide on my iphone?

I looked for a Javelin java app.... available on the ipad, but not the iphone. I have downloaded a few pdf readers and have had no luck being able to open the guide "open with" function.
I tried searching on the forums, but I came up empty handed.

Until there is a Javelin app for Iphone your not going to be able to do it.
