two paypal accounts
 

I have two paypals. One personal and one dba business. I had personal linked to the ebay that was indefinitely suspended.

Can I use the second payal, with same mailing address but different everything else on new ebay?

Do you know what link means? If not check it out.

The answer is No. You will link accounts.

Unless you followed stealth method from the start, the accounts are likely linked already - just saying

I do in fact know what linked means. But what you are saying is that this address will never be allowed to sell on ebay?

I will be moving soon. The next person that moves here will never be able to sell on ebay? Or for that matter if the address I move to is linked to a suspended account I can never sell on ebay from there?
