ebay blocked and appeal
 

got blocked. I did not reply to this case after a while system shows 1 case has been closed. the issues is buyer has not received his item. I have attached a tracking number. I thought it may delivery later than he expect date. Is any chance to appeal reinstates account.

We received insufficient tracking info from you. You must provide tracking info in the Resolution Center before a case gets escalated. Note that tracking info includes the shipping carrier and an item tracking number that can be tracked online. If the item $amount$ or more, shipping with signature confirmation is required.

OMG I did not pay attention this message I thought this case is not important .
but relust can't believe........

Give ebay a call, this could only help you in your situation. Let them know the package was delivered and just be nice to the person who answers the phone. Favors may be in your odd that you get the account reinstated

your account is blocked for this reason, a case?

where have they said this to you? that you are blocked. There is no wording 'blocked', that I have seen on any ebay notice.

Why not READ the writing on the thumbnail attached to the OP.

Clearly says blocked in red writing.

oops missed that attachment, must have thought it was a signature...
just it is unusual, to be blocked, for INR, not sure why they say you violated, just because item not received and got refunded. Contact them, it seems straightforward unless there is some other violation you are not mentioning.....
