Ebay gone. Can I still use my Paypal outside of Ebay?
 

My ebay account got limited last month because it was linked to bad accounts. And ebay refused to reinstate. Paypal account is still good though.
- paypal account was verified by sending all kinds of documents, including driver licence, sales invoices and all that. It's linked to my personal saving account. I used it to receive 30k-40k a month and withdraw 30K at once without problems.

Since this paypal account was fully verified, I kind of want to keep using it for other purpose like shopping online or use it to receive payments from my stores on other marketplaces like bonanza and my own website.

But I'm also worried that if I continue using it, there will be another hit someday.
I do have a company available to apply for a business paypal account.

Can I still use it? Or don't touch it anymore?

Yes you can ... Paypal and Ebay are two different compagny , so there will be mo problem

This information is incorrect - PP and Eb are very closely tied...

BUT...

OP you can use your pp for other sites, just avoid eB...same policies apply like shipping with tracking, not huge withdrawals, slow and steady building, etc.

Im in the same situation. I've had a PP that's been tied to my SSN with a banned eB account for almost 10 years now.

That PP is indestructible now. I've received multi-thousand dollar payments through there without issue.

Try to not jinx yourself.

Do not add to your ebay woes by thinking a paypal account is invincible.

never abandon your paypal they are very useful, not all business is done via ebay after all...
