Open LLC in US then register eBay business accounts
 

We used to registered Hong Kong eBay business account via eBay new account manager. The selling limit starting with 80k US and 2000 items. But now all the accounts got suspended due to linked with one of the previous suspended accounts. There is only 2 new account manager in Hong Kong and I don't think they would registered new business accounts to us anymore. I am thinking if I go to US and register LLC, open bank account then register eBay, Amazon business account if it possible? What is the selling limit start with? In US eBay do they have some new account manager like Hong Kong does? Any information on this would be much appreciated.

u should be able to open an LLC online. that is how i did it..online

Don't you need driver license etc to open llc? I have no idea honestly, but thought you would..

May I know what is the website and the procedure?
Do you know if create a few LLC (same owner) but register on eBay different name will I got linked? What is the selling limit different between personal & business account in US? Many thanks

I don't have answers to all of your questions. But when you start a company in the US, you register yourself based on the state you live in. Each state should have its own procedure and rules when it comes to business, and registration process.

its not at all based on your location. businessess reg. in the state
that gives the most tax adv. like delaware, la. etc.

you can registar for any state............
