If you are having problems with ebay with legit account....what makes you think stealth will be any different? Don't bother trying to sell on a stealth because it will also get limited. Go find something else to sell, obviously you seem determined to sell something that is prohibited.
Stealth wont help you in anyway.
eBay does not like those products to be sold on their website.
