Some USPS servers are no longer available online?

"Some USPS services are no longer available online to certain countries. If you don't see the service you'd like to use, you will need to purchase postage at your local post office. Find one"

This is the message I seen I had a customer from Australia. IS anyone else having this problem or is this message new? I've never noticed it maybe a few times but not 100% sure.

Or just a bug in the system.

Glitch for holidays perhaps? If an item has been sent via USPS internationally...customers can go on their OWN national postal service and see the status with the USPS tracking number

I'm not really sure. I see the screen for it but the "Continue" Button is not in blue it's like light blue and I can't click on it.
