hi, i got suspended because a company compained that i was selling their product without being allowed and ebay said if that company writes to them and says that they complained about my listing by mistake then they will unban my account, so if i spoof the email adress to look like the email is coming from the people that complained about my item and write to ebay saying that ye we complained about the listing by mistake, would ebay fall for this or do they have some kind of software that will detect that im spoofing the email address??

In my opinion I don't think it will work but like Kelly said, it's worth a try

Go for it :) They'll either accept it or they won't. Only one way to find out

Saying that though even IF eBay do accept it, the company will just report you again if they once again catch you selling their stuff

Spoofing a companies email might be illegal, also if you aren't approved by the company to sell their products then you need to either get approval or sell something else.

Way out of line, easier routes available man

Doing stealth doesn't mean you can just do whatever you see fit for you without thinking the outcome of your actions.

Smarter options are out there, if you can get their approval, change what you are selling
