do i need vcc when i opened new account at New address
 

Hi, as title states. Do I need a virtual credit cards to confirm PayPal address since I own a new current back account at a new address.

So to confirm PayPal address, I use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name ( they cannot check real name from what I read, right?), then account number and sort code, they take £0.01 and send 4 digit pin. I enter that which then confirms address and refunds 1p. Is that right?

To verify eBay, they normally send pin to mobile phone or post it, -- not a problem as I have access to the address (brothers house)

Asking this as I need to open a new eBay and PayPal account.

Got it all a little bit off im afraid.

You verify you account though your bank account.

Confirm your address though VCC after you have verified PP with your bank account.

Just wondering how you normally would confirm address through a genuine account?

Also wondering, since I'm using my brothers address, if somehow I get banned fromeBay, would that not black list/ lockdown that address as well? --- this is why I have not attempted to open a selling account at my current address

Why not just open in his name

It could cause issues for any accounts at your brothers address which is why its always advise you do not use family or friends info

Look into mail boxes.
