New Stealth Account and hit with MC999 right away - now what?
 

I am quite aware of stealth and did not have any problem setting up my stealth account I got on here. However the next day his IP server went down and then within the same day I get an email stating MC999.

I have included a picture of what screen I get on the seller page of the ebay account. Seller suggest I keep trying the first option but I dont think its gonna work cos they clearly state "if you ALREADY have an established seller account"....

What do I do now???


For the record, I work on computers... this is a dedicated pc for this account (I dont use it for ANYTHING else) with its own isp provider anyways but I still used seller's IP software as instructed and it all went thru well until his server went down for a day...

This is something you need to take up with the seller or an Admin.

man, press call us, ebay will sort it for you or ask the seller to do it

Same thing happened with me also. I bought one and it got MC999 after three days. I didn't even list items and it says you "MC999 Selling Limits have changed on your ebay account". He did replace the account. I can't still see any messages from ebay because just got it yesterday but don't know what will happen after 3 days because I got the MC999 message after three days of purchasing the previous account.

You are TOTALLY full of rubbish.

You caused the problem by not putting the correct FLAG pn your profile.

You did not bother to read a single post on this forum. To access a USA account you would use a VPS/VPN. We would have given you advice on what to do. Buying an account would have been a last option.

And what do you do? Go an make another account to try to fool us in thinking you are a newcomer.

BTW, your ISP is blacklisted. I know you are not in the USA. ebay knows that too.

Two choices. Start acting like you want to be here and learn stealth or I will close the door.

just call them and tell them that screen keeps coming up when you click on your seller account they will get it fixed for you not a big issue.

Greenie I see you took the sellers name out from my first post. I can understand that - at the time I was in panic and just thought maybe someone else who bought from him would try to help as well... I was just feeling like I was losing my $85 but apparently he is gonna work this out.

Usual method is to talk to seller & Admin first.

I already had been advised of the issues.

Always remember that the sellers on this forum have been approved and have shown that they are legit and will most likely work it out with you if you have problems but it's best to contact the seller and an admin for help. Putting it out in the forum just gives other members the impression that the seller isn't a good one or isn't providing a solid service.
