I need some suggestion about new account
 

My ebay account and my husband's ebay account have been suspended. We can't open account under our names and address. I followed aspkin's guide creating a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay account. I still use my old paypal account to receive money. Now the ebay account is half year old.
I know paypal and ebay was linked. So sooner or later this ebay account will be linked too.

We are going to move to Northern CA next month. So I think it's a opportunity to have a fresh new start. Paypal don't have my SSN#. I can have new computer, new address, new CC, new bank account. But name is the same. I can creat a ebay account and pp account under the same name. If pp need some document, I can fax them.

Do I need to close my old pp?(it's 3 years old and 344 FB)
Do I need to update my pp profile such as address?
Do you think I can have a brand new start or I'll still be got linked?
If my plan is not unpractical, I'll still use my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay ID and old pp.

HI: You can prob use that old pp acct for a web site if yo uhave one--but if I were you:
I'd start fresh completely--new ebay and new pp..
NOTHING the same.
