Well I'm baffled by this MC999

This has to be a mistake , they linked me to a user ID, that is restricted from selling, below standards, and as a result gave me an increase from 10/1000 to 104/$3400

Don't even know it wasn't mine, this was definitely a glitch, I wish the result of being linked to a selling restricted account was a limit increase

One of my Stealth was linked the same way. I had no idea whose ID that might have been. I definitely thought, it was the phone number I bought or the address I was using.

But for your case, someone at eBay does not know which buttons to push. Time to celebrate the mistake by listing more items.

Yeh I recently got an email like that but they linked me to a suspended ebay account but they still allowing me to sell.
