 Suspeneded - Chance of reinstatement?
I use a wireless broadband card (sprint) and my laptop on the daily. I sell automotive parts from different vendors and I have a new ebay account.
My listings were removed on 9-2-08 and my account showed up as "indefinitely suspended". What my THOUGHTS are is that my laptop wireless card was on and it must have automatically connected to one of my vendors, who has a suspended account.
I use my own wireless broadband card for this exact reason but the laptop's wireless card must have been on and ebay may have caught my IP address.
I emailed the trust and safety several times for an explanation to my suspension but it's been over 7 days and I still haven't received a reply even though the "live help" states that they sent it.
What do you think happened? And is there a chance to get reinstated if I logged into ebay from an IP that was suspended (one of my vendors). I have 100% positive feedback, but the feedback is less than 10).
Also, if I create a new ebay account, is there a way to establish a new IP address from a wireless broadband card?
