Now I haven't purchased the guide yet.

My eBay user was top rated, and i sold some Vero items, which caused the suspension in the first place..

PayPal account still fine..

My only question is when I am going stealth will I need a new router? or need to purchase a mailbox? because I don't think i can do that in my country (Israel) I might be able to purchase a PO box but I heard that's not a good idea.

you will need everything new

new ebay, paypal, dif details, etc

You can use a new router, but there are also lots of other options available. Dongles, tethering, MAC address changing and just turning your current router off and on.

I recommend the dongle. I use the virgin mobile one in the us and get a different ip everytime. I'm up to nearly 1000 ip now.

You don't need a new router as long as your internet provide allows you to get new ip everytime you reset your modem/router. Also it's best to avoid selling any more veros for your future stealths. Good luck on getting back
