Did using old UPS tracking number cause new ebay suspension
 

This morning I manually added an UPS tracking-number to an order on eBay.com A few minutes later I had problems navigating on their website and there it was: The 'registration suspension' e-mail from eBay. The account has worked absolutely fine for 3 months. My theorie and question:

The first 5 digits of an UPS tracking-number represents the account-number. Of course, I have used this account to ship order of my very first account. Could it be, that eBay now even keeps track of that? :confused:

Yes, indeed. I used a debit-card to pay for my eBay invoice, which I had already used with a linked account. I guess I should start marking the cards with stickers.

So for clarification, a volume seller like me with UPS incentives can I bill all my shipping costs through my single UPS account on multiple PP accounts okay despite the UPS account being used on the banned account? Thanks

eBay just gave me one of my shooting star accounts back after SNP 30-day restrictions *whew* and I also had one 4.4 DSR... I guess they are just arbitrary. Have you tried an appeal yet?

How do you bill shipping costs through paypal? Is there some way to save money or get more incentives by using paypal? I don't understand what you are asking- I know that I heard ebay/pp do not link accounts based on UPS account numbers. Anyways, I use FedEx for Domestic ground and they give me a little better incentive than UPS but the Oversize III charge is killing me on some packages. Do you know of any way to get around these?

I am back online, Ebay did not make me serve the full 30 days, and I know others that got reinstated within 5 minutes of my reinstatement. I get UPS incentirves becuase of volume, better that PayPal's deal. I was just asking about linking accounts as I have some BS accounts now too. :-) As for UPS OSIII, we always underweight and under measure and hope they don't catch it-lol.
