Ebay suspended because of wrong billing address
 

Hi everyone,
When I was new to Ebay, I created account and wanted to sell some paintings father of my friend created. So he gave me his debit cart and forgot correct billing address, I tried his.

It was wrong, than his sons it was wrong too. and my Account was suspended, I called to eBay and they requested statements, which he did not have that time, so I left his case for almost 2 years already.

Now want to sell on eBay again, what can I do? should I call eBay? take lawyer? or what?

Just want to sell as normal, call them to increase selling limit and so on. Is there any way to reinstate account?

You can try but no one here can give you any type of guarantee your account will be re-instated, it's a crapshoot....but while your doing that you can always start learning stealth. Lets say you try and maybe a month or two pass by and nothing....well that's 2 months you could of had a few accounts aging (stealths) and making money off of, it's something to think about.

More than likely not.

You used another's info. Seems more than once.

Do you recall what notice you got?

The changes alone for banking would raise flags very high. Like others have said. "Move on".

Good thing it that, I can sent all information about both person and prove that cards were not stolen... bank statements, IDs and so on....

year later I opened another account which was closed because of this reason. and another good thing is that, I did not provide any SSN to paypal, because I was not Permanent resident, now I can..

and Want to create new Paypal and new eBay. Idk if they will close it again, but most likely yes.

If you use the methods here, you could make an account that will work.

You have to learn you must follow the methods.
