Ebay glitch again
 

You never know with Eb and PP whether it's a glitch or they are playing games with you. Drop down box doesn't work, when I try to verify by phone I get directed to the drop down box again.

Can't list an item now

Ebay strange security question glitch?
 

Hello guys there has seem to be a weird problem. Whenever I try to list an item it asks me to "Confirm my account" via Phone or Email. The problem is whenever I choose Phone or Email it asks me to answer a security question with nothing in the drop box. Quite strange, anyone have any tips? I'm trying to avoid calling ebay.

This is a new account, I only made it yesterday. I tried clearing the cookies, didn't work. can't do anything, relist an item or edit an item.

I have only used this computer

I will try in Internet Explorer see if that works

Before this happened I added tracking information for an order I sent

Mind boggles with this one, I may have to call them

I have exactly the same thing also, tried different IP, different browser, nothing works. WIll go to sleep, hope it works again tomorrow, if not I will have to call them

My Ebay account is just one day old lol

I had this problem once, took a few days of leaving it alone and it worked after.

You can try a different browser, like firefox, internet explorer or chrome. some times its java problem.

Ok I have tried today and the problem has disappeared. Ebay and their little glitches.

Hi sax,

Yes, I've encountered this several times on accounts that I have sold. The only known "cure" seems to be to leave it 24 hours. After this time it seems to resolve itself.

Had this issue few weeks ago. Best thing is to leave it for 24 hours or so.

I left mine for a day and it still happens

but another account it just cleared up by leaving it alone

i had an zip code error on mines even though was correct. however, i just kept entering the correct zip code and clicking submit then it just went through to where i can continue to the next steps of contacting eb. it went through on the 4th submission attempt.
