MC999 eBay Indefinite selling restriction for no reason??
 

Okay, can someone help me with this? I haven't called them yet but I will later today.

I'm using all real info. My account is identity verified by drivers license AND the questions asked over the phone. Account was created early December.
I've sent in bank statement, utility bill, and invoices for any branded item sold on their site. That was a month ago. I had my selling limits raised at the same time as this when they limited me asking for all that info.


Now, I only sell UNBRANDED phone accessories, no brand name so I can have no trouble.
I have 100% 65 feedback. ZERO cases, no problems, no returns, no low DSR's.
I don't understand this. And yesterday I bought 800 more items to sell on my account...

Phone items are usually high risk to ebay.

Also may be selling too fast?

Always a reason, even with unbranded items.

Nothing really to lose now if you call.

They asked for everything when they restricted me a month ago. Last night I just got randomly closed. I'm going to call them later today.

Hello,
I see that I have received an MC999 eBay Indefinite selling restriction and I do not know why. I would like to appeal this. Here's why. I have 100% positive feedback, no negatives. I have never had a case opened or a return on my account. I have no low detailed seller ratings and qualify to be a top rated seller on my next account review. I am selling only UNBRANDED ITEMS. Back in January I was restricted, and eBay requested for me to send documents to remove the restriction. I sent in photo ID, utility bill for proof of address, bank statements, and SEVERAL receipts for every branded item sold on my account. They removed the restriction and raised my selling limits. I have not been selling any branded items really except for a few personal items since January. The only thing I sell now is phone chargers that are GENERIC. If you click on any of my listings you will see that in the descriptions I write they are generic and unbranded, therefore there should be no authenticity problems. I sell the same items that HUNDREDS of sellers on ebay sell, here is a few:

Both of those have thousands of sales. the top one has over 12,000 sales and the bottom has over 1,500. I sell both of those items with practically the same descriptions, pictures, and titles.

I am positive I am not breaking ANY rules with Ebay and am requesting for my restriction to be removed. Thanks.

It just makes no sense to me how those sellers can sell the exact item I sell? Im not using any name brand or anything and I've provided every document they've asked for!

You may not be using brand names however that box is Apples box and design. Apple does not play around...

FYI someone may have gotten banned that was buying or bidding from you.

had a family member get taken out this way. he got a suspension then ban from ebay; ebay being psycho with some sort of linking from someone buying from him..

think about it...
