Just got re-instated!
 

I was indefinitely suspended over 2 years ago. A week ago I called them and basically just explained how I grew up and that my roommates were actually using my eBay account and I didn't really understand the consequences.

In the mean time I made a stealth account with over 500 feedback.

My question is...now what??? I totally rather use my own info to use eBay/Paypal instead of a stealth account.

Once my suspension is lifted, should I just delete my old account and enter my accurate info into my stealth account? Do they keep my info even though I deleted the account?

Or should I delete my stealth account and restart my old account. The one problem is I have NO clue how to change my IP address. I have a mac with airport express. So im clueless when it comes to that.

SO MY QUESTION IS....CAN THEY ACTUALLY LINK AN ACCOUNT WITH ONE THAT HAS BEEN DELETED (WITH NO RESTRICTIONS?)

You say your suspension was lifted, then you say you are still suspended...what is going on?

I just have to submit some receipts of some stuff i bought recently that i plan on selling on ebay.

Even if they reinstate the account, don't be suprised if it gets indefinitly banned again the very next time you breach a policy or get reported by a conpetitor/unhappy customer.

That account will be on thin ice. Keep your stealth and let your real account cool off for a whule.

If you have 2 accounts then would you delete one? Use both accounts and let them both age/gain higher limits incase anything ever happens to one

1. You CANT reuse old info.

2. You CANT delete old account.

3. Use stealth methods to make NEW UNLINKED accounts and operate well.

Don`t try to bypass the stealth method - it works

The real question is this: Are you SURE that you can even SELL again on that account?
I ask this because while ebay has no problem with people SPENDING their money, its a whole other ball game when it comes to MAKING money. Especially after 2 years...

They may ask for receipts and STILL keep you on a selling 'restriction' as you are already a high risk to them for waiting for 2 years.

Use them both if you can.

I had my old account in my legit info reinstated, it is cooling off now. I will take my time and find the right product to sale on this account - NO VeRO period. Lots of complications after suspension.

Ok, then that clarifies what I thought. YOUR ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REINSTATED AT ALL.

Completely misleading thread. You have a long ways to go. They have approved you for absolutely nothing. They requested documents just like they do with many other suspended accounts. You are SUSPENDED and will most likely remain that way unless you actually have legitimate paperwork.

you could of got re-instated but that can be only just to buy. you wouldn't know if your able to sell unless you try to list something for sell.

I thought I was reinstated one time & then realized it was only for making purchases on Ebay. Hope it all works our for you!! Congrats !
