Hi,
I want to start sell my goods on ebay
i am a clothing designer and i would like to start sell more then 10 items in the beginnings
can i buy exist account? or is there any way to open a new account with ability to list more items

Have you used ebay before?

Are your clothes such that no-one else would copy them?

Make sure you read a lot of the forum. You happen to have a category that is high risk.

Have a read and come back with your thoughts. We can guide more.

Get Stealth guide from forum to get knowledge about eBay.
You can buy account from sellers in forum or create your new account.
Once you create your new account, depends on your information, eBay can give you 10 items per month. Keep selling for few months, they probably increase your limit. Or you can give them all your selling information and they'll review in order to increase your limit. But not too much. Probably to 100 or a little bit more. You can reach them by phone. But in my experience, you'll have to listen to waiting music via phone quite long time :d
