will this link me?
 

on new account on new computer on new user id on library wifi i logged in with new ID and used old password from old account. Will they figure this out ?? i got the "wrong password" prompt and dont think they will but has this every happened to anyone?

There are many ways in which your eBay/PP accounts can be linked to old accounts. To give you a simple yes or no answer as to whether or not you will be linked is impossible. The new accounts have to be completely new. No previous information from your old account can be used. You can't use the same bank account, credit card, address, etc.

Are you asking if the password will link you? On that alone, I very much doubt it. EBay needs more then that.

I'm pretty sure like with credit cards you enter into eBay and Paypal, they keep information like failed login passwords. But like I said, this alone won't link a person. But if they used the same password for multiple ebay accounts, sure that'll link you.

Just like Modee & Aspkin said and to add my 2 cents..yes it could link you if you are selling the same type items with almost same type of information as ebay can look up these accounts that list the same type items and see the similarlarities and passwords. I may be wrong but I believe this to be true.
