My Ebay account got listing limitation. Need help.
 

Well folks here is what happened in retrospective. Two months ago my paypal account associated with the ebay account in mention got suspended due to investigation for receiving over 1000euro funds which came from reselling (dropshipping) chinese brand phones from a chinese website that i bought them from and listed and sold on ebay.

It took 1 month for the "smartheads" in paypal to review all the documents that they wanted me to send them to clear my paypal account. 1 month ago my paypal account was cleared from the investigation and reinstated to full service use.

The thing is that along with the limitation of my paypal account my ebay account got listing limitation (with a message on log in that due to my paypal account limitation i cant list items) and i thought when my paypal account gets cleared from the investigation that my ebay account will have no more its selling items limitation but hey nothing like that happened.

I have sent tons of emails to both paypal and Ebay customer service teams resulting with either no answer as to why my ebay account is still limited on selling or with a generic reply from paypal with instructions on how to proceed when my paypal is being in investigation and where to submit the required from paypal documents and other things, but here is the deal my paypal is not limited anymore , has no limitations whatsoever has no issues with it and when i log in it there is nothing showing to submit or upload to customer service. There are no warning messages like before when it was actually blocked before i gave them the info they needed.

I have contacted Ebay live support to ask them who is responsible for my Ebay account still being banned from selling items and what should i do to fix that but i never got any decent answer i just got transfered from one "competent" customer service representative to another.

I would think your best option for getting your existing account back up would be to contact Modee for some one-on-one help. If his fee isn't to your liking, you might want to consider dropping your existing accounts and starting over.
