to pay my monthly fees, can I use a different credit card or paypal account to make the one-time payment, or will that link me also?

I would NOT use a different paypal account, you are looking for a linked account if you do it that way.

You can use a new fresh unused clean gift card that you have loaded the account holders information onto (name/address)
You can pick these cards up at Walmart or Walgreens most places like that.

every time i used paypal to pay my fees i got limted it did it last couple times. :mad:

Never did it in the past untill now
