Ebay has been suspended, can anybody help!!!

I regitered in Ebay HK, and my account has been suspended for UPI. I just wanna abandon this old account, can i create a new one?
How can i create a new one?
Will the new account will be suspended again?
I only use Ebay account for buying items not for selling items.

Hi Peggy, you seem like you're lost in the basics of creating a new stealth eBay account. I recommend reading eBay Stealth (eBay Stealth - Suspended eBay and Paypal Account Guide). It'll teach you how to create a new eBay account with all new information and how to keep it. Good luck to you.
