HELP!Got MC999 tonight with a new stealth account

I just created a new stealth account for both ebay and paypal. One hour later I got a MC999 message. I completely don't understand. Because I used a new windows account, new tethered IP, new name, zipcode, email,phone,VCC and even attached VBA .What did I do wrong? The only thing I assume may cause the MC999 is that I forgot to register VCC zip code.Is this the reason ?

I listed two items, both beauty products. Both were taken down. Just can't figure out the reason....

Thanks for your input. I don't know that. Because I sell stuff around the house or like-new item. It is high risk?
MM78, so there is nothing to do with forgetting to register zip code of my vcc?

So you listed two brand new cosmetic items on a brand new account within an hour of making it?

If so this is the reason.

MC999 has been posted about tons of times. Many threads pointing out you cannot create an account and sell on it right away, esp brand new or risky items.

I to have gotton a MC999 I been testing this out and still not sure what caused it. First account I used was a old buyers account made but never used so I turned it into a sellers account and listed a used item bought at a resell store and boom mc999 after a few min's so I made a new account under a new Ip using a local name and address and everything was legit and listed another used item this one ended up posting on ebay then a few days later boom mc999 BS again. Only thing I can think of is it the codes that's in the pictures that I take of the items. Any one know of any good apps that removes these codes from the pictures?

Yes ebooks are considered risky.

Big chance of feedback manipulation can happen.

When I first started I had a stealth account banned for purchasing them to resell them for quick feedback. I do NOT recommend it for any reason
