MC999 account has been used unauthorized...

So I called ebay and the rep said they need to pull the database questions, but the address won't show up and they asked me if I have a previous address and I said no because I just came to this country. They said my account will remain locked and to just create a new account with a new email address and you will not have this problem again. I know this is bs (I wish I recorded this and put it on youtube). Is this true or he is lying?

ebay hogwash.

That infers that address can never be on ebay anymore.

Did you get that in writing?

Explain what happened with your account that caused you to be speaking to ebay,please.
