suspended for snp
 
i was suspended for SNP in April and have contacted ebay and have had ebay email buyers contact information so i can resolve the issues after the 30 day restriction which isnt fair if they cut you off from selling. i got all but a few of the neutrals and 1 neg resolved and email ebay back. do you think it would do me any good to email higher ups in the corporate ladder or send in the reinstatement form. i have a 97% right now but all the dsrs are around 4.5 with shipping being around 4.3 and the higher one at 4.9 on item as described. :mad:

Are you saying your 30 day suspenstion started in April and you still are not reinstated?!?!?

what i am saying is i was suspended in april for snp and it says indefinatlly suspended now and now when i got off the phone with phone support they are saying just write in even tho i have resolved all complaints and cant get a response from ebay about it

last year I get suspended for 7 days they said....is more than a year and nothing
Now i open another account back in june and again is suspended for 7 days
so far is being 15 days so I don't think they gonna do something about it.

I got hit with about a year ago and was given a 7 or 30 day cannot remember suspension and it gave the as long as there are no open issues we will review your account for reinstatement. What happened to me was as soon as I was shown up as not a registered user people started getting scared and before contacting me put in item not received disputes. Sure after a couple weeks I probably could have cleared any of the disputes in paypal but the ones made through ebay are almost impossible to get these people to come back and close them even though they received the items. Its almost worthless to try sometimes.

but you are right and for me i have resolved all complaints and just recently have been able to do that. But you know it gets really irritating when you have to email either a vp of that department to get any results or4 email corp execs to get some issues resolved

yeah that becomes the problem. which is one of the other reasons why I said its almost not worth it. You can get the phone numbers and call but I'm not sure thats going to get you very far either.

yea that is true and i have numbers to call as i am a prefered customer and the reps what to work with me as i have explained what happened. one even tryed to get ahold of t&s for me to explain the case but no one answered.
