I feel like I murdered someone, telling me I am a "risk" to the ebay community:

I do have a question about stealth accounts but to give you a run down of what happend.

I make perler bead art and I made some "MINECRAFT" characters...They took down my first posting and said it was copyrighted, then I saw others putting statements like "this is hand made art and not registered trademarks etc etc" I got booted again. So then I got an email from sheridans.uk the media lawyers saying we "own" the word "minecraft" so i relisted putting mine craft (seperated) well that pissed them off now MC99 or whatever banned me forever.

So I got the new:

Mailing address (differen't from my actualy city about 10mins away)
Got a new # with matching area code as the city for my mailing address
Changed my Bank ACCT #
Changed my ATM Card #
Cleared ALL CACHE, COOKIES, ETC (using ccleaner on all computers at home)
Deleted all PAYPAL acccts (family sold stuff too on their accounts)
Changed IP
Made a NEW email - FROM WORK which is in the same city as my new mailing

Oh and all my bank account info matches my new mailing address.

My only concern is: should I create my new account in the SAME CITY as my mailing address or does it not matter? - That is my question.

The characters you made have copyright.

Unless you had the OK from the VeRo holder, you can not list them. Just because other sellers sell similar items does not mean ebay accepts them too.

Deleting the family paypals was an overkill. All that info is retained in any case by paypal,

What you outlined is fine.

Now, try to cool off & be ready to learn to bet ebay.

That's the aim of the forum.
