eBay Acc Limited - Proof of Merchandise - Digital Items
 

Hello, I've started selling on eBay about a month and a half ago. I'm selling referrals for a game. All good, I've sold to my limits this month, got all positive ratings so far, but a few days ago I got this message:

Attention!

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.
Please proceed to your my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you.

I haven't received any message from them, so I decided to mail them. Now they want me to fax them proof of merchandise for what I am selling (invoices, shipping orders, contracts with suppliers,etc). I haven't responded to them yet since I don't really know what to tell them. I am selling digital/virtual items practically, how do you even get proof of merchandise for that?

What do you guys think I should do? What should I tell them?

it seems that eb is not allowed to sell virtual product.

Tell them nothing.
Your account is gone.
You cannot sell digital items like more others high risk items.

Get the stealth guide, create some stealth accounts, learn how to use them.

Spread sales among your accounts but do not sell digital or VERO items.

Your not going to get your account back

You cannot sell digital items.

Get some stealth accounts going and find a new item to sell.

Well I see other users selling the same thing I do with high rep accounts, so it must be possible somehow.

You cannot base what you sell on what other people can and cannot sell. It generally means that they have not yet been caught or that their account is on its last legs. They could also have permissions that you do not.

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you read around the forums and understand stealth.

Everything is possible but don't expect for people to explain how - forum is for creating stealth accounts primarily
