Stealth help please

ok I'm a first time poster please be nice. Ill try explain as best I can. I am in no way at all 'technical' so please near with me.


ok here goes,


i am a business seller on ebay uk. It's a small business but big enough that I need to declare to HMRC. So I sold some items on ebay which were 100% legal and genuine purchases from a UK supplier but were factory seconds. Anyway to cut this part of the story short ebay has Indefinitely suspended me from listing in health and beauty. I sell across many categories but health and beauty is my main area of sales. So after wasting time with ebay customer services protesting my innocence until I was blue I have decided to go stealth but still use my limited ebay.


after reading as many of these forums as I can I have kind of made a plan but want to know some expert advice before I do this.


the plan goes as follows.


firstly I will use my limited ebay on my iPhone 5 and iPad 4 (these are on wifi but also capable to run off 3G as both have sims etc.
i will use my old iPhone 4 (which has never been used to access ebay/PayPal and has been factory reset)
I will use my iPad 4 not on wifi just on 3G to link my old iPhone 4 via personal hotspot.
Questions so far: is this ok to do on stealth and limited account if I ensure the limited is only ever used through wifi and the stealth is through personal hotspot?
i am going to use a friends address new email (gmail) new username. Now as for PayPal I will use the new name and friends address but could I possibly link another card I have which is in my real name and address to get my money out? This card has never been associated with ebay or PayPal and is a savings account I have?


Sorry if this is a lot of information to read I'm just needed to be certain before I do anything. I also own a laptop and an iPad air which use my home wifi which I can use if needed but both use wifi so I'm thinking I probably can't .
