Just been issued with a MC067 which has removed all my listings. I've not been told I'll be informed about my seller status in another email unlike a lot of sellers, so I'm assuming it's a slap on the wrist... ?

Now I have one branded item which I expect somebody reported me for, but it's not the lifeblood of my business. I recently started selling it and it's obviously what's triggered this warning as I had a disgruntled buyer stating he would report me. My other items are of a similar category but aren't branded and I've been selling these for a few months with no problem.

Since the warning I've had buyers still paying for items that finished previously.

My question is can I start selling the unbranded items again on the same account or do I have to refrain from any future selling on the account? My uncertainty on the matter comes from the fact that all my listings were removed as opposed to just the branded item.

You just need to wait and see. Nobody can predict the outcome. It could be any one of the following:-

Nothing, 7 day selling restriction, 30 day selling restriction, permanent selling restriction, account suspension.

If you receive no other message from ebay within the next 24 to 48 hours then it looks like the first option.

Irrespective of the outcome, the account is now flagged. That infringement is on your record permanently and will very much determine the outcome the next time you try to sell something "special".

I won't be aiming to sell anything branded in future, but what are your opinions regarding my other unbranded items. Does the fact they were previously removed mean they'll trigger the system even if they weren't the reason I was flagged in the first place?
