PLEASE ADVISE - MC008 Your eBay account is restricted pending verification of identit
 

Good afternoon,

I am a seller of DVDS and was doing absolutely fine until last night when i hit my business seller selling limit (100). I of course naively assumed that calling eBay was the right thing to do to get it removed (possibly the worst thing to do as i found out on your forums).

I have now been slammed with this; MC008 Your eBay account is restricted pending verification of identity. You need to provide id, utility bill, and invoices.

Now the issue here is invoices, i do have the invoices directly from the factory but i want to know the best way to shape invoices/what to do to get my account hopefully unrestricted once i have provided documentation.

I have already protected the downside by buying your book and beginning the process of setting up stealth accounts in the likihood i get banned after they view invoices etc.

So guys what is the best way to present invoices etc for them to actually allow me to sell again? Or is it best (due to the vero nature of what has been sold) to avoid sending any correspondence to ebay?

Hindsight is a great thing that i lacked when rining eBay, but is something you can provide me with now!

If your DVD's are not counterfeit, then send your invoices. I don't see your problem?

I suspect they are though, or you wouldn't hesitate with sending what eBay needs.

This forum has strict policies of not helping sellers sell their counterfeit merchandise.
