ebay removed my listing "Item recalled by manufacturer."

Hi guys,
I was selling without my knowledge items that were restricted on ebay because the US public safety agency decided that a specific toy might be dangerous under specific circumstances, so ebay let me sell about 20 pcs until they removed my listing and told me that I shouldn't sell these on ebay again.

The reason why these items restricted are actually pretty dumb because you should swallow the few pieces of the toy to be in danger, and as other items, it can be played with without concern for adults (who don't eating toys).

So I am thinking of selling these items again, under different categories (not under toys) and emphasizing a sentence that would warn buyers of using it under a certain age (although I did it also at the first listing).

Would my account get suspend if I will sell the same items under different category?

I appreciate your help!

Sorry to say you are the dumb one if you think it OK to list an item tht might be dangerous.

Not knowing all the info of your goods is a major flaw. As the seller you need to know your item.

Yes, your account might be suspended if you are silly enough to relist in a different category.

You must learn to understand buyers are often ignorant.

I appreciate and understand your stance along with your aggressive comment, but you need to understand the I wasn't the only one who sold it, thinking it wasn't dangerous, and even though I wasn't aware, I still had the feeling that this toy is an adult toy, like an office toy. The toy itself is not toxic, it is the same as selling marbles, balloons or thumbnails, so saying it is illegal to it because, god forbid, some people could choke or suffer of an internal bleeding after swallowing it, seems unreasonable.

So after thinking about my customer safety, searching the main western countries (other than US) for consumer safety warnings regarding this product I found nothing! so I concluded that as long as I alert my customers for this matter, it is OK.

I am not a monster, because I really care about my customer safety, think about it and please be objective.

So you have the answer for this question?

If they see you doing that, listing that item under a different category, they will give you the, "go find another site to sell on" permanent ban....

Although it is being sold on different yet still related category?
for example big marble sold under paperweight, or thumbnails being sold under industrial equipment.

Just because someone else is doing it does not mean that you will be allowed too

I am objective. I am also not responsible for your need to take the issue so subjectively.

You can not expect an item recalled by the manufacturer for whatever reasons you are clinging to, to be able to be sold just where you want.

No excuse others are selling it.

The matter relates to YOU.

In all good faith, I can not and I certainly will not pat you on your back and agree with what you want to do.

Your item is declared unsuitable for ebay. That is your lesson to understand.

I wish you well as you try to understand this.

Do you not think other eBay users have had this happen to them and also try to bypass the system??
eBay is prepared for this. Also the manufacturer usually has people looking on eBay for unauthorised items, which is how your listing was removed in the first place.

Nothing you change or edit will matter, the listing will still get removed.

It is not worth losing your account over.
