MC999 Account Suspended
 

Last month I got an email from ebay stating my account was suspended with the code M999.

It went on to state that I was associated with a restricted user "Brian.id" I have no idea who this is. I only have the one ebay account which I rarely use but at the moment I cannot buy anything which is very frustrating.

I have tried replying to the email sent (no response as expected) and the customer support does not offer any way of contacting them. I am totally stuck and do not know how to contact ebay to explain.

Attached is a screenshot of the message.

I noticed just after receiving this notification that someone had hacked my paypal and loaded in an Indodensian shipping address. I figure it is something to do with that.

There is a couple of items I really want to buy from ebay so any help will be greatly appreciated as I do not know where else to turn.

I had this exact same thing happen to me, it is very frustrating. After looking in to who I was "associated" with and emailing eBay that I had never dealt with them I got no reply...nothing. In the end I had to let the account go and started over with a new stealth. Long story short, don't waste your time trying to re-instate the old account, make a new one.

Total BS from them.

This is their excuse to can an account.

They wont tell you why so they make up this lame linked to stuff.

Welcome to the forum smoobag.
You can try to fight to get your account back as someone in here successfully did.
In the meantime you can understand how stealth works and build up your brand new account... or better "accounts".

You can buy things and you can sell but the new account shall be COMPLETELY new: new name, address, phone number, PC user account... everything has to be new.

Get the stealth guide, read the forum and ask questions. Lots of informations and helpful people around.
You can create your brand new accout, for buying the items you want, in a few days.
